CFO Steven Evans will leave JSE-listed IT solutions firm EOH at the end of the month.
In a notice to shareholders yesterday, the company declined to disclose the reasons for the departure of the 34-year-old executive. Evans joined EOH in October 2005.
John King has been appointed as CFO and a member of the directorate with immediate effect, said EOH.
