AI-driven Automation Survey

ITWeb, in partnership with First Distribution and IBM, has launched a survey on AI-driven automation to assess just how ready South African businesses are to adopt the technology.

The survey aims to uncover how organisations are currently leveraging AI-driven automation, where they are seeing the greatest value, and what barriers may be slowing progress.

The survey asks, among other things:

1. What are your primary goals for adopting AI?
2. What are the biggest barriers to AI adoption in your organisation?
3. Are your development teams using AI-powered coding tools?
