Amtrak offers e-billing

Amtrak is offering an e-billing service that is available to account-holding customers, says Logistics Manager.

The system gives customers the ability to access their accounts online, enabling them to view invoices, statements and credit notes.

The e-billing system can also be used to query any billing details.

ABC Coding Solutions has released ZipClaims.com, a new online claim filing system, designed to empower over 2 million healthcare practitioners to transmit standard medical billing, reports TMCNet.

The non-physician professionals who do not file Medicare claims are currently targeted by ZipClaims.com.

Before the introduction of ZipClaims.com, these professionals had to rely on a limited number of medical codes that do not accurately describe their treatments.

Outdated Web sites result in visitors losing trust in that business and choosing to do business with a competitor, according to eMedia Wire.

"In the same way that your mechanic conducts a regular inspection of your automobile, online business owners need to conduct an annual check-up of their Web site", says Donna Gunter, Internet marketing coach.

There are seven critical areas that Gunter says need to be checked on every Web site every year: Copyright notice, opt-in forms, autoresponder follow-up, signature files, free electronic giveaway, missing images and dead link check, and order forms.
