Avaya to host seminars for resellers, end-users at Gitex Reseller Channel Forum

Avaya, a global leader in corporate communications networking solutions and services, will host 24 seminars for resellers and end-users at its permanent seminar room at the Gitex Reseller Channel Forum, located in the foyers of Halls 1 and 2 of the Dubai World Trade Centre, between 15 and 18 October.

The events will feature Avaya`s IP telephony, customer relationship management (CRM), wireless and data portfolio solutions. Invitation only events will also be held for Avaya`s customers from the education and government sectors.

"As the largest channel event in the region, the forum provides an ideal venue for Avaya to offer its insight into a range of topics and issues that are of utmost importance to businesses in the Middle East and North Africa," said Walter Koenig, Avaya`s regional managing director, Middle East, North Africa and South Eastern Europe.

"For this reason and because of the importance of Gitex, a number of visiting experts from Europe will conduct the seminars and highlight Avaya`s CRM solutions as well as its Multi-Service Network Infrastructure (MSNI) portfolio which includes network services, LAN, WAN, wireless and connectivity solutions. The use of interaction management and call centres in a growing customer economy and the benefits businesses can expect to reap from deploying IP telephony solutions will also be presented," added Koenig.

Of the six events that will be held each day, morning sessions will educate participants on the benefits of becoming an Avaya reseller. End-user events will be held each afternoon and will feature specific products and solutions that help businesses to excel in an e-business environment.
