A new eMarketer article cites a recommendation from Forrester Research that finance companies should publicise their efforts in the field of e-commerce, says Direct Response.
In its "Five Step Action Plan to Help Banks Compete with Biller Sites for EBPP Users", the company advises that banks should highlight their free e-billing centres to customers, 40% of whom were found to assume companies charged for online billing.
Meanwhile, eMarketer analyst Lisa Phillips observes that higher interest rates or lower fees are the most common marketing tactics deployed by US financial services firms.
Texas eBill chooses Jopari
Jopari Solutions has accomplished conforming results for the Texas Electronic Medical Billing order, says TMCnet.
Jopari offers bill cycle automation and is a workers' reimbursement eBill processor. This involves integrating national and regional carriers, managed care networks, providers and their medical billing technology suppliers.
Over 50% of the projected annual eBill transactions have been implemented using Jopari's eBill Platform. A drastic improvement has been seen in the technology that the payers used to take care of bills and disbursements, while reducing the expenses.
eBillingHub releases new version
