High Liner Foods, a North American processor and marketer of frozen seafood, has centralised and streamlined its HR and payroll processes since going live on UltiPro from Ultimate Software through software-as-a-service, reports RFP Connect.

Prior to UltiPro, High Liner was using two different service bureaus to handle the HCM needs of its North American workforce, comprised of approximately 1 100 employees in the US and Canada.

The two systems didn't integrate with one another, creating reporting challenges, inefficiencies, and increased potential for errors. After a large merger, company executives accelerated plans to search for a new solution.
