BI skills in demand

According to a new survey by human resource (HR) provider Veritude, 53% of IT and human resources managers expect to hire IT staff this year, while only 4% expect to decrease such staff, BizJournals reports.

However, at the same time, the company said 73% of the respondents are having trouble finding candidates for higher level BI and enterprise solutions support positions.

Overall, 53% are having trouble finding qualified candidates for all IT jobs and 40% say they have hard time finding candidates with specific skills.
