BizzEnergy serves SMEs

BizzEnergy has introduced a billing system which will make electronic billing a reality for smaller businesses, says PR Leap.

The move, believed to be the first in the industry, will see the introduction of the XML system which allows organisations to receive bills electronically and therefore eliminates the need for manually processed paper invoices.

XML offers the potential for standardised transfers between organisations, but this modern, more flexible billing solution has not previously been adopted by an energy supplier.

Lattelecom, Logica provide e-billing

Lattelecom has concluded an agreement with Logica, an IT and business services company, on the provision of e-billing services to clients, says The Baltic Course.

This will ensure the electronic exchange of bills among companies in the Baltic States, which are Lattelecom clients, and global companies elsewhere in the world, which are Logica clients.

The benefit for clients will be that bills will be sent and received more quickly, payments will be made more rapidly, and there will be less work for personnel.

RupeeMail launches e-marketing

Realising the need of authenticated e-marketing and advertising option for the travel industry, RupeeMail has launched RupeeMail, an e-mailing procedure where senders are authenticated and recipients get paid to read their e-mails, says Express Travel.

RupeeMail is a new type of e-mail where the message is delivered in an electronic envelope with an attached stamp worth a rupee. When the recipients open their mail, they earn that money.

According to Sunil Puri, its director, it is a 100% spam-free e-mailer and a unique platform that enables RupeeMail senders to receive detailed real-time reports, including details of the mails opened, click-through rates to their Web links, etc.
