Canon extends S-series range

Canon had released the imagePROGRAF iPF6000S, a 24-inch-wide large format printer targeted at graphic art professionals, reports TradingMarkets.

The iPF6000S is an addition to Canon's large format printer range, the S-Series.

"In an attempt to meet all the demands of print professionals, Canon has made it a top priority to maintain the highest levels of quality at increased production speeds," says Jim Rosetta, VP of Canon US.

Ricoh unveils printer range

Ricoh has introduced the Aficio MP C2800/C3300 and MP C4000/C5000 series of colour multifunction products (MFPs), says Earthtimes.

The series aims to offer enhanced productivity and improved image quality for businesses of any size, all with a lower total cost of ownership.

Designed with the end-user's workflow in mind, the MFPs are designed to meet the demands of any business and workgroup and enhance productivity.

Doctation offers messaging

Doctations and TeleVox have signed an agreement to offer the Doctations.com physician customers automated messaging services, states Marketwatch.

Under the agreement, the Doctations online system will offer TeleVox's automated messaging technology, HouseCalls, as a service to its customers.

TeleVox's technology gives medical offices an automated, customised way to call patients to confirm appointments and provide other doctor-patient communications more efficiently.
