R&D organisations face challenge

One of the key challenges within pharmaceutical research and development (R&D) organisations is properly embedding the portfolio, project and resource management capability in the overall decision-making process, according to PR-USA.

At a recent Kinapse Project and Resource Management (PRM) Forum R&D, this challenge was discussed and executives provided perspectives from their experiences, including the organisational, process, and technological factors in operating project and resource management.

Kinapse CEO Andy Black said: "There is clearly significant benefit to be obtained from a vendor-neutral of industry professionals to continue to exchange experience and ideas, so we will explore running further events for additional parties as part of an ongoing community of practice."
