According to Rogers, the suite combines the best features of previous versions with new functionality to improve efficiencies and enhance the way users create, exchange and interact with content, as well as providing methods of collaborating with clients and colleagues.

Features in WordPerfect 11 include control over document formatting, real-time preview when formatting documents, document map feature that serves as a document manager as well as a document creation guide called PerfectExpert.
WordPerfect Office 11 allows publishing to PDF from WordPerfect and Presentations without having to purchase Adobe Acrobat.
Quattro Pro 11, a spreadsheet application, is designed to help users maximise productivity with new features like enhanced sorting and filtering capabilities, fast data summaries as well as enhanced professional looking charts.
Presentation 11 provides tools that create slide shows, project proposals, interactive reports, etc, including a selection of graphics tools that one would expect to find from a dedicated graphics application. Show on the Go creates a self-executing version of a slide show that can be shared with others, either through other applications or over the Internet.
Paradox is a powerful and easy to use relational database program that helps you organise, track and retrieve information. You can also create sophisticated forms, charts and reports to display information. Paradox is only available in the professional edition.
