Patton Electronics Company`s range of Digi DataFire Remote Access Server (RAS) products is now available to the South African channel through networking distributor, Duxbury Networking.

Through Duxbury Networking, Patton DataFire offers a complete RAS product family that scales from 16 to 120 ports, addressing the dial-up needs of enterprise and ISP users deploying IP services.
This range also compliments Patton`s high density RAS solutions, which scale for large enterprises and service providers.
The DataFire RAS is server-based remote access concentrator for analog and digital connections. It also steps up to demanding server-based applications including modem pooling, remote access, advanced fax, and branch office internetworking.
Supporting densities from eight to 60 ports in a single PC slot, the DataFire can also be upgraded for additional capacity - if needed. It also supports a full range of connections, from medium-density Basic Rate Interface (BRI) ISDN, to high-density T1/E1 and Primary Rate Interface (PRI) ISDN.
