At a cocktail event on 5 December, Duxbury Networking was awarded in several categories at the annual CRN Channel Awards. The awards are handed to leading distributors and vendors in the South African ICT industry and are voted for by channel representatives and readers of CRN.
The awards won by Duxbury Networking include first place in SME Networking Hardware, SME Wireless Products and Network Security Software in the Distributor category, as well as SME Networking Hardware in the Channel category for its Netgear product range.
Duxbury Networking`s Netgear brand was also awarded Vendor of the Year Award at the International CRN awards held in November.

Duxbury Networking was also awarded second place for Enterprise Networking Hardware and third places for both Enterprise Wireless Products and Systems and Network Management Software in the Distributor category, as well as second place for SME Wireless Products in the Channel category.

Duxbury explained at the awards show that Duxbury Networking is on the right path in terms of its strategy and that this is being recognised by its partners and the market.

The Networking Vendor of the Year award, won by NETGEAR from CRN for 2007, marks the vendor`s third consecutive year in the top spot. The 14th Annual CRN Channel Awards took place on 22 November in London`s Battersea Park Arena.
