Duxbury Networking, the specialist networking distributor, has clinched the top spot in the Networking category of the CRN 2008 Partner Programme awards.
The DuxBux programme won the prestigious award presented by CRN, a leading industry publication, for its innovation, originality and broad ranging appeal within the reseller channel in South Africa.
DuxBux is designed to reward resellers for their loyalty. In terms of the programme, resellers are able to earn DuxBux with all Netgear and HP ProCurve Networking product purchases. They also earn DuxBux for attending selected training and promotional events hosted by Duxbury Networking.
Graham Duxbury, CEO of Duxbury Networking, says the programme, which was launched in May 2007, has been a resounding success. "Since then our membership has grown exponentially and we've been encouraged by the number of resellers who have derived significant benefit from their involvement with us."
He adds that by making DuxBux available to participants in training programmes, it also places emphasis on up-skilling resellers and their staff members. Registered members of the DuxBux programme are able to view their DuxBux balance at any time online as well as browse a wide variety of rewards for which they can be exchanged.
The online catalogue lists adventure holidays, gift vouchers, consumer electronics goods, home appliances, CDs, DVDs and cellphone airtime.
