Duxbury now offers latest Enterasys secure networks training to partners

Johannesburg, 07 Dec 2004

Following a week-long "boot camp" in Boston, Massachusetts in the US, Duxbury Networking - the official and sole distributor of Enterasys in SA - now provides its partners with the latest certification training on Enterasys` secure network offerings.

Warren Robertson, training consultant at Duxbury Networking, attended the training boot camp for Enterasys Certified Instructors which focused on a number of new courses pertaining to secure networks, enabling Duxbury and other distributors worldwide to provide their partners with the latest and relevant information, skills and knowledge.

Partners can obtain training from Duxbury on new courses such as acceptable use policy, distribution layer security, dynamic intrusion response and trusted end system.

"The Enterasys Certified Instructors training has been invaluable - it is critical that as the sole distributor of Enterasys we have the means to up-skill our partners, this is vitally important to the channel," says Robertson.

"In turn, this will also enable them to provide the latest and certified secure network technologies skills to current and prospective customers - successfully competing with other market offerings."

Duxbury will provide the training courses as soon as the relevant products are available in SA, as some of them are still in the various phases of development.
