Official South African distributor, Duxbury Networking, has introduced the NETGEAR WGE111 54Mbps Wireless Game Adapter that adheres to today`s evolving wireless home networking needs.
The wireless game adapter allows for Internet gaming as it can be attached to a game console`s Ethernet port, which then links it to the wireless network. And for LAN gaming, two WGE111 or more units can be used to link two game consoles to each other, without the need for a wireless router.
An external switch also enables users to easily select between Internet and AdHoc modes, plus the WGE111 is interoperable with 802.11b and 802.11g devices.
