E-touch shifts focus

The founder of e-touch has admitted to performing an about-turn and morphing from a security-focused reseller into a specialist distributor, says VNUnet.

Rakash Gupta, who originally founded security distributor e92plus with brother Mukesh Gupta, set up e-touch after parting company with e92plus.

Speaking to CRN, Rakash Gupta said: "We initially set up e-touch thinking we wanted to be a reseller, but knowing my link with e92plus I felt I was betraying the reseller channel somehow, and I'm sure most of them felt unhappy with the situation. As a result, e-touch will now be a trade-only distributor."

Elmo Solutions, a player in the domain of CAD-ERP data integration, has announced a new reseller programme for those value-added resellers (VARs), systems integrators and independent software vendors who wish to integrate Elmos's Agni Link CAD-ERP data integration solution into their ERP software offerings, reports TMCNet.

The reseller programme, named the No-Nonsense Programme, was initially designed based on the feedback from Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics GP, NAV, AX and SL partners. The programme has now been expanded to incorporate VARs, SIs and ISVs.

The No-Nonsense Programme is an innovative method for Elmo Solutions to build new revenue streams with minimal effort, investment and commitment from partners.
