Enghouse Interactive announces today the availability of Presence Suite version 11.1. This new version is part of Enghouse Interactive's continuous evolution policy, which allows customers to implement new features gradually on their platforms.
The new version 11.1 includes numerous features to improve the management and performance of the contact centre, and extends its capability by integrating with other products available in the Enghouse Interactive portfolio that complement the functionalities offered by Presence Suite.
Specifically, this version includes integration with communications portal (CP), a self-service platform that provides advanced IVR capabilities, and integration with Quality Management Suite (QMS), a solution that delivers end-to-end quality management for the contact centres.
