Computer and soft skills training company ExecuTrain now has a black female shareholder, Lindiwe Mkhize, who owns 9% of the business, giving ExecuTrain a female shareholding of 54%.

"We have spent a great deal of time looking for the right partner," says Renate Isabelle, ExecuTrain MD. "In Lindiwe, we have found a great trainer, and a well respected business woman."

Mkhize is experienced in the computer training environment and is also the owner of a courier company.

"I believe that so often things are not done right in this country, for no other reason than that people have not received adequate training. Effective skills training is vital for the future of this economy," Mkhize says.
