JSE-listed AdaptIT, which offers IT services and specialised solutions, expects to see a gain in headline and earnings per share when it reports full-year results next month.
The group yesterday issued a trading update indicating that earnings per share should come in at between 16.22c and 18.50c, while headline earnings per share are expected to be between 16.19c and 18.49c for the year to June.
Last year, AdaptIT reported earnings per share of 11.36c and headline earnings per share of 11.46c.
For the year to June 2011, the group reported revenue of R181 million and total comprehensive income of R13.4 million, a decline on the previous 16 months' turnover of R208.5 million and income of R16.7 million.
For the six months to December, the company reported a 40% increase in revenue to R85.1 million, while profit from operations was 12% higher, at R6.5 million.
AdaptIT's shares closed 2c - or 1.82% - lower yesterday at 108c.
