Integrat Mobile expands into a digital powerhouse

Johannesburg, 29 Jul 2014

Effective 1 April 2014, mobile solutions provider Integrat Mobile has merged with its long-standing digi-social service provider, RedInk Multimedia.

Owned by Integrat - SA's largest mobile aggregator and driver behind Integrat Africa, which has a heavily weighted footprint north of South African borders, Integrat Mobile and RedInk Multimedia - now rebranded Integrat Mobile I Digital I Media - becomes part of an aggressive growth and African roll-out strategy, soon bringing its clients a digital agency as well as a media sales house operating from many corners of the continent.

Says Daniella Louw, founder and MD of RedInk Multimedia: "It is with a happy heart that after nine years of steering the good ship RedInk down a really exciting course of digital and marketing innovation, that I bring you some news which will change the face of RedInk, and give you, our clients and friends, a lot more value in the process."

Both Louw and Integrat Mobile CEO, Riaan Nel, are excited about this new venture that is going to add an array of fresh technology and marketing solutions to their arsenal.

The merge does not change the business practice of either of the companies; it is business as usual at Integrat Mobile I Digital I Media. Headed by Riaan Nel as CEO, Daniella Louw as Managing Director, and valued board members, Integrat Mobile | Digital | Media is in a better position to expand into a digital powerhouse, by utilising the knowledge, skills and resources gained through the merger.

The move enables the company to position itself as a cadre that will soon be one of Africa's largest footprinted mobile tech and digital agencies - offering its clients innovative and creative marketing opportunities and services from Cape to Cairo.
