MaintenanceNet improves life-cycle management

MaintenanceNet, a US provider of extended warranty and contract management solutions, is helping technology manufacturers and their channel partners improve life-cycle management practices, says Market Watch.

For a limited time, MaintenanceNet is offering free access to a downloadable white paper illustrating a new approach to life-cycle management that unlocks the full potential of service sales and marketing initiatives across the supply chain.

Access to the white paper, which details the benefits of MaintenanceNet's Service360 platform for dynamic, 360-degree management of service contract life cycles, is now available online at http://www.maintenancenet.com/pages/company/landingpages/service360.html.

Fujitsu to be benchmarked

Australia's RailCorp has put out a call to third parties interested in keeping a watchful eye on its ICT outsourcing contract with Fujitsu, reports .com.

The intended aim for the winning contractor is to provide benchmarks to ensure the train services and infrastructure provider is getting enough bang for buck on its IT investment with Fujitsu.

In 2006 RailCorp selected Fujitsu Australia to maintain its ICT infrastructure services in a three-year deal, with an additional two one-year options to extend. The formal contract start date was January 2007. Part of its outsourcing agreement with Fujitsu is the annual benchmarking of each of its three 'service towers'.

NetSol signs with bank

NetSol Technolgies, a US provider of global business services and enterprise application solutions, has successfully launched its multi-product in Europe by signing a recent multimillion-dollar agreement with a major, but unnamed, European Bank, says Market Watch.

NetSol's European strategy to offer leasing and asset finance solutions leverages LeaseSoft's success in the captive auto-finance business in Asia Pacific.

LeaseSoft has become a leading solution in the Asia Pacific region and the recent launch of additional LeaseSoft application modules into the European market provides the opportunity to generate significant new revenue streams for the company.
