John Holdsworth is no longer CEO of ECN Telecommunications, but has now become non-executive chairman of the company.
Former sales, marketing and business development director Andy Openshaw has become general manager, a position that has replaced that of CEO.
The new roles became effective from this month.
Openshaw said the change in positions came about as a result of restructuring of the company within the larger group, with a wider role to play.
Electronics and electrical engineering company Reunert acquired the business of ECN for an undisclosed purchase price in March.
ECN's existing portfolio of IP-based telecommunications services added converged voice and data capabilities to Reunert subsidiary Nashua Mobile.
Holdsworth previously said the acquisition will provide significant value and benefit to the customers of both businesses as a result of the enhanced and complementary product offerings, and development focused on converged voice and data and fixed and mobile solutions.
“There are also excellent opportunities to share knowledge and leverage expertise across the group, which along with our combined product sets and technology platforms, will strengthen our ability to serve customers."
