The African Netcool Users Conference provides a forum for Micromuse`s customers, partners and staff from across the continent to learn about Micromuse`s Netcool products, exchange best practices, and discuss the challenges facing their business.

The conference will include strategy sessions on leveraging the Netcool suite to deliver effective service management. "Delegates from more than 20 African customer and partner companies attended last year`s conference, and we are pleased to note that 100% of our customers at the conference were satisfied with their Netcool solution. Of course, we intend to build on this success again at this year`s African Netcool Users Conference."
