McAfee Security, a division of Network Associates, has announced a strategic alliance with Microsoft`s MSN portal in SA to offer managed anti-virus for desktops.
MSN.co.za will offer the VirusScan ASaP service to home offices and small and medium businesses, (SMBs), providing 24/7 protection against virus threats. The service provides the same level of protection found in software and hardware solutions in an online delivery model.
New virus threats are discovered on a daily basis and VirusScan ASaP removes the burden of managing the continuous updates that are necessary to protect against evolving virus threats.
