Dilley Naidoo has been named as CEO of call centre and business process outsourcing company, OneCall Solutions, effective today.
According to OneCall, Naidoo has over 33 years of business experience, and has worked extensively in the IT and telco sectors.
He has international experience too, having worked in various African countries, in Europe, the US and Asia.
Naidoo joined the J&J Group about six years ago, and has spent the last five years in several executive positions at Faritec, a J&J associate company.
