Openwave unveils mobile analytics
Openwave has unveiled mobile analytics which will enable operators to manage and monitor mobile Web traffic, reports Mobile-ent.
Mobile analytics includes the company's Mobile Business Intelligence module, which tracks subscriber access to URLs, the duration of Web site visits and their frequency.
The solution also includes the Openwave Behavioural Targeting module, which correlates data from an operator's subscriber demographics and classifies traffic to create behavioural categories.
JNetDirect releases solution
JNetDirect and Macronetics have entered into a partnership to provide business process management (BPM) solutions, workflow software products, and professional services, states Marketwatch.
The partnership will offer JNetDirect's customers a complete BPM solution that is also able to integrate with JNetDirect's business intelligence application.
Vinh Nguyen, CEO at Macronetics, hopes that "the combined BI/BPM solution will enable our customers to not only extract important business insight from their enterprise information systems but also move quickly to capitalise on critical business intelligence".
T-Systems to develop BI systems
T-Systems and Cognizant will develop business-critical customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise business intelligence systems for Deutsche Telekom, says Tradingmarkets.
The companies will leverage their CRM, data warehousing and business intelligence expertise to plan, design and implement an integrated customer database for Deutsche Telekom.
Deutsche Telekom plans to roll out the systems initially in Germany, and subsequently, worldwide.
