Oracle, CACI create federal solution

CACI and Oracle will develop a joint contract life cycle management solution to help federal organisations author, execute and procurement contracts in with , says Marketwatch.

CACI will provide subject matter expertise gained from experience in designing and implementing contract management systems for the Department of Defence and federal civilian agencies, to help Oracle enhance the functionality of its commercial-off-the-shelf Oracle E-Business Suite.

This is expected to support simplified and complex acquisitions and be integrated with Oracle's procurement and financial management applications to provide a procure-to-pay process that meets government compliance mandates and transforms federal contract management.

DocuSign Connect integrates systems

DocuSign has expanded the core capabilities of its DocuSign platform with the release of DocuSign Connect, states Marketwatch.

DocuSign Connect is a suite of application integration services that allow SMEs, enterprises, and vendors to integrate DocuSign's electronic signature and online contract execution platform into any third-party or in-house business application, including CRM, ERP, ERM, BPM and CLP systems.

DocuSign believes this integration will allow businesses to immediately improve their contract management and execution processes to reduce operational expenses and accelerate deal closures to drive revenue generation.

Miratech unveils TeamConnect

Mitratech, a software solutions provider, released its TeamConnect Contract Management solution, reports Earth Times.

TeamConnect automates the entire contract life cycle by creating a central data repository to maintain all contracts, negotiations, amendments, and other related documents, eliminating un-auditable file cabinets and paper trails.

The solution offers a view into commitments and deadlines, key parties, and main objectives and helps users manage primary and alternate language without the risk of deviation from corporate standards.
