Paisley reports record revenue
Paisley, a provider of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) software solutions, has announced continued growth and record financial results for its fiscal year ending 31 December 2007, according to PR-USA.
Building on strong momentum in the GRC market, introduction of a software as a service (SaaS) based GRC solution and geographic expansion, Paisley reported record revenue and profit for 2007.
Financial highlights for 2007 include a doubling in new business licence revenue, a 200% increase in revenue in the Europe, Middle-East and Africa region and a 300% increase in SaaS revenue. Paisley ended the year with over 150 organisations utilising its GRC solutions via SaaS delivery.
Varonis extends to Unix
Varonis Systems, provider of data governance software, has launched DatAdvantage version 3.5, which extends support to Unix environments, according to PR-Inside.
"Lack of visibility into Unix file share data use and poor access control have been a reality since the inception of Unix almost 40 years ago," said Yaki Faitelson, CEO and co-founder of Varonis. elQ hires GRC evangelist
eIQnetworks (elQ) has expanded its management team by naming security and compliance industry veteran John Linkous to the newly created position of IT GRC evangelist, says Fox Business.
Reporting directly to CEO Vijay Basani, Linkous will work closely with eIQ's Global 2000 enterprise customers as well as industry standards bodies to implement security best practices and guide the company's IT GRC solution strategy.
Linkous has over 15 years of technology management and consulting experience, specialising in enterprise systems management, information security and regulatory compliance.
