(2) Rishard Baderoon - Business Development Manager with more than 17 years of experience in IT, with 10 years dedicated to information security. Baderoon is a highly motivated information security professional with thorough technical, consulting and pre-sales experience in delivering business-driven solutions to the enterprise corporate and public sector industries. He has a thorough understanding of the crucial role IT plays in delivering value to the business and the need for comprehensive IT governance and risk management frameworks in order to protect investments in IT infrastructure. With specialist skills in information security, audit and compliance, ISO 27001/2, network and systems security, risk management/assessment, vulnerability management, incident management, identity and access management/governance, patch management, firewall operations management, SIEM, security architecture, identity and access management, Web application firewall, ITIL, business process development, disaster recovery, SOC, project management, business development, configuration management, technical standards, SSL certificate management, policy compliance and privileged identity management, Baderoon assures a sound solutions approach is a synonym to the Performanta approach.
