Pilot Software included in The Hurst Campus Hospitality Management Diploma

Pilot Software's industry-leading back-of-house and front-of-house point of sale products have been included in the new three-year Diploma in Hospitality Management, offered by Paarl's The Hurst Campus.

The Hurst Campus has, since 1997, been recognised as the leading hospitality training school in South Africa, and is one of only 14 members of the Worldwide Alliance of the famous French Institut Paul Bocuse.

Hurst offers a choice of curricula focusing on chef training, culinary arts and hospitality management. Its teaching philosophy is based on the core value of 'a commitment to excellence'. Hurst has a team of highly qualified tutors who share their knowledge and many years of practical experience in the culinary arts, hospitality management and hotel management, along with informative lecturing, to prepare students for a successful career in the hospitality industry.

Pilot has provided all point of sale hardware and software required for the campus, and has made trainers and consultants available as required. In addition, Pilot's Customers module ensures a secure, cashless environment, and students' attendance is monitored by Pilot's fingerprint-based InTime module.
