In partnership with Token Group, a leading South African loyalty and analytics company, Pilot offers customers a full suite of data dashboards, custom designed to their specific needs. A number of Pilot's franchise clients have already implemented analytic dashboards, giving them insight into key metrics across all stores.
By collecting only transactional data changes from sites, and triggering data collection as often as every five minutes, Pilot ensures limited in-store bandwidth is not affected, allowing the site to trade normally.
This data is then formatted for transport - on Pilot's secure hosted servers - and pushed through to Token Group's own server farm. Here the data is crunched along with other group data, including social media feeds, third-party loyalty transactions and the like - and fed into live analytics dashboards that can be viewed on any device, anywhere in the world.

Pilot is able to offer best-of-breed analytics tailored to client needs, for literally a few hundred rand per store per month. Token Group specialises in converting data into a language that customers understand - primarily through their MyInsights visual dashboards.
