RPM rebrands back-office solution
RPM Software is rebranding its back-office commission and channel management software for the agent community, says Phone Plug Mag.
The platform allows for commissions auditing and the management of orders, trouble tickets, prospects, and quotes, among other processes. A statement from RPM says the only change to the product at this point is the rebranding.
"We want to have Agent as the complete and standard solution for the telecom alternate channel," says RPM business development vice-president Bill Boyd, "As part of that goal, we will be increasing our focus on development that best serves the ongoing requirements of the agent community from individual agents to masters to carriers' channel programmes."
Hamacher teams-up with ReadyTouch
Hamacher Resource Group has gone into an exclusive alliance with in-store kiosk developer ReadyTouch, states PR Web.
"With increased focus on in-store influence and the overall shopping experience, we are extremely confident and excited about this new relationship that will allow innovative health, beauty and wellness retailers to step out of the shadow of conformity and into an era of leadership," says HRG vice-president Dave Wendland.
HRG will build on its history of developing and delivering merchandising, category management, marketing and productivity tools for independent and chain retail operations. In recent years, the organisation has expanded its base of support within the chain drug marketplace, online pharmacy segment and among national health and beauty care manufacturers.
ISI targets Spanish companies
Image Solutions has developed an office solution for Spanish life sciences companies following the country's 2009 mandate for electronic submissions, reports Source Wire.
Spain is the latest European country to make the transition, following countries like the UK, Belgium, France, Portugal, Iceland, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic.
As part of its solution, the regulatory software and services provider has introduced a new workshop to demonstrate how ISIToolBox can help them bring local submissions activities in line with national requirements.
