Leading specialist networking distribution company, Duxbury Networking, has reorganised its sales department - making two key internal promotions - in the wake of the departure of previous sales manager, John Hurrell, to the Westcon Group.
Tania Kling has been appointed sales manager and Mike Baines has promoted to business development manager, with a focus on channel partnerships.
The moves, according to MD Graham Duxbury, are in line with his company`s emphasis on the streamlining of its distribution model following the signing of distribution agreements with vendors HP and Clearswift in recent weeks.
"With these supplier partnership agreements in place, we are well positioned for the predicted rebound for solution providers in the ICT industry," says Duxbury.
"These appointments are designed to entrench our position as a leading specialist distributor and are appropriate in view of the high levels of experience, expertise and company knowledge gained by both Tania Kling and Mike Baines during their tenure at Duxbury Networking."
