
ITWeb is running a survey on the state of customer experience (CX) in South Africa, in partnership with Freshworks.
We’d like to hear from executives who are in charge of customer service strategy and implementation as we examine how customer service expectations have changed over the past.
Above all, we’d like to understand the role of technology, especially AI – where chatbots and apps fit into the larger picture with respect to improving customer experience.
We hope you’ll be able to set aside a few minutes of your time to participate.
