Toshiba releases e-Studio

Toshiba America Business Solutions announced the immediate availability of its fastest, most advanced colour multifunction product (MFP) family with the release of the Toshiba e-Studio series, reports Marketwatch.

This new line of colour MFPs includes features such as colour print speed of up to 65 pages-per-minute, the self-refresh development system, paper handling options, and instant scanning to and printing from a portable USB memory drive.

Additionally, multi-user offices and high-volume printing environments can benefit from Toshiba's next-generation e-Bridge controller for processing and multi-tasking.

Canon releases imageRunner

Canon US unveiled its Colour imageRUNNER C1022 Series for small offices, workgroups and general office environments, states ECMconnection.

The series, which is built on the Canon imageCHIP Lite system architecture, combines the capabilities of single function printers, standalone fax devices, scanners and copiers into one multifunction device.

The series offers letter-sized output speeds of up to 22 pages-per-minute in monochrome and colour, and colour scanning of up to 20 impressions-per-minute for single- or double-sided letter-sized originals.

Speedy Scan works with Xerox

Speedy Scan and Xerox have partnered with Software House International to provide a complete document management solution for school districts, according to PR-usa.

The out-of-the-box solution comes with a document scanner and document management software to organise and manage documents and paper records.

The solution is designed to create a user-friendly, cost-effective document management solution for districts, and offers preformatted set-up for Superintendent's Office, Prinicipal's Office and Business Office.
