IT training service provider On-Site Training has teamed up with soft skills training company Network Dynamics to offer more holistic training.
"We felt that we were unable to provide our clients with a holistic training solution and have therefore taken the decision to market Network Dynamics, exposing our clients to a more diverse training offering," says On-Site MD Richard Rayne.
"Network Dynamics has something unique to offer, setting them aside from other providers. Network Dynamics entertains joint risk and they will not train if they cannot coach."
The companies say they take a similar approach to training in that courses are customised to suit company objectives, rather than just being an "off-the-shelf" package.
Both companies have developed courses that combine IT and soft skills training. Rayne says: "A good example would be to match project management principles with Microsoft project training. A combination of a theoretical as well as a practical approach gives a student more of an in-depth understanding of the topic, providing a pragmatic tool with regards to implementation."
