If you`re bogged down in middle-management administration with not enough budget to justify a personal assistant, then i-Fundi is looking for you.
[VIDEO]The Randburg-based company has launched what it says is a pioneering e-service in SA - that of the virtual assistance offered as part of its i-Fundi Professional Assistants product.
The service is primarily call centre-based, though its target business users have other channels of communication open to them as well. With i-Fundi Personal Assistants, busy professionals can delegate tasks such as buying various goods and services, information research and agenda co-ordination. Users only pay for the assistance when it is needed.
[VIDEO]The concept is expanded to packages addressing personal, business and loyalty programme needs. It is with the latter that the company hopes to secure initial market share.
Stefan Lauber, i-Fundi director, says a key strategy now is to partner with larger corporations and offer the i-Fundi services to their customers, under their specific branding.
[VIDEO]i-Fundi first came into the limelight less than a year ago, when it was awarded a call centre by Grintek Telecom at CallCentre World Expo 2000.
