CSG unveils Web-based BI

CSG Systems has released the CSG Intelligent Business Reporting (IBR) application, a new offering in the company's suite of reporting applications, says Marketwatch.

CSG's IBR is designed to complement CSG's decision support and reporting application.

Through its Web-based interface, IBR offers customised reporting capabilities through interactive reporting templates designed for specific business functions.

InterSystems releases DeepSee

InterSystems has entered the BI market with DeepSee, a real-time reporting and analysis application, CRN.com.

DeepSee is designed to be embedded into operational applications and provide users with real-time data through reports and dashboards.

InterSystems hopes that building DeepSee into operational and transactional applications will expand the use of BI to a broader range of users such as line-of-business managers or plant managers.
