Service contract management solutions company, MaintenanceNet, will host a webinar titled Channel Sales: The Renaissance in Partner Management, reports Pr-canada.

Ian Michiels, an Aberdeen Group senior research analyst, is the featured speaker for the interactive 45 minute webinar which will outline strategies for increasing channel revenue through best-practice partner relationship management (PRM).

Michiels will also focus on Aberdeen's recent research findings, which reveal proven PRM approaches employed by best-in-class companies.

Convergys extends contract

Convergys Corporation announced that a Fortune Top 150 company, has renewed and expanded its existing contract for Convergys' relationship management solutions for another 30 months, states CallCentreClinic.

Convergys will continue to expand the customer service it currently provides to the client's extensive of professionals.

Convergys estimates the value of the contract to be about $54 million.

Goodrich awarded Sikorsky contract

Goodrich Corporation said it received a contract to provide a health management system on Sikorsky Aircraft heavy lift helicopters being developed for the U.S. Marine Corps, says Forbes.

The company's integrated vehicle health management system will be installed in the Sikorsky CH-53K helicopters, which are slated to be operational in 2015.

Such systems are designed to monitor the helicopter's entire mechanical drive train and decrease maintenance and operating costs.
