WfMC releases milestone BPMN results

The Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC), the leading industry association and standards body dedicated to business process management (BPM) and workflow, has announced the first results of BPMN model portability validation, reports Trading Markets.

"This is a critical milestone for both business process modelling and the deployment of BPM systems,“ explained WfMC executive director, Nathaniel Palmer.

”The work done by the WfMC Conformance Working Group, under the leadership of chair Robert Shapiro, provides the first-ever multi-product test results, and provides the first real management strategy for process modelling and re-engineering initiatives."

Skelta named cool vendor

Skelta Software has been included in the list of 'Cool Vendors' in the March 2009 'Cool Vendors in Business Process Management, 2009', by Gartner Analysts: Marc Kerremans, Michele Cantara and Daryl C. Plummer, writes PRLog.Org.

JPD deploys Neocase BPM platform

JPD Financial, a provider of vendor credit recovery solutions, has deployed Neocase Software as its customer service and BPM platform, according to Business Review.

JPD Financial said that with the Neocase software, its has implemented a single key to manage and optimise its core business processes consisting of credit recovery, case management, account management, and invoicing workflows, while improving the and tracking of its core processes as well as delivering enhanced reporting to its clients.
