RedPrairie releases e-learning suite

RedPrairie has integrated e-learning into its Workforce Management (WFM) for supply chain solutions, reports Ferret.com.

The addition brings e-learning's instructional benefits to a workplace setting and assigns bundled job- and role-defined courses to staff learning about new technology, products, processes or responsibilities.

Used in the warehouse, the WFM solution directs effective engineered standards for labour and performance management.

Atlantic to grow market share

Atlantic Link has secured an investment deal with equity firm Catapult, which will enable the company to take full advantage of its recently acquired foothold in the American marketplace, states Newswiretoday.

The company has developed a collaborative rapid e-learning suite which enables non-programmers to design and deliver professional online training to thousands of employees.

The investment from Catapult, which is acquiring a 14% stake in the business, will enable the Atlantic Link management team to expand further into the US from an existing base in Atlanta.

Avaya renews WestNet licence

The companies have worked together on the Avaya core certification training since 2000. WestNet provides Avaya with e-courses, instructor-led training and virtual instructor-led training.

The company offers education and certification on Avaya unified communications and contact centre solutions. In addition, it provides hosting, data migration, security and maintenance services, and help-desk support for Avaya associates utilising the WestNet Learning products.
