eBillingHub simplifies digital billing

eBillingHub has released its electronic billing solution, integrated with Bridgeway Software's Corridor product, says TMCnet.

According to company officials, the eBillingHub solution reduces the cost and complexity associated with legal e-billing, which ideally helps law firms quickly and effectively respond to client demand for electronic invoicing.

This integration with Bridgeway's Corridor product enables simplified e-billing as it allows tight interfacing with legal spend and matter management solutions.

Calculator determines environmental savings

Hungarian IT company Kulcs-Soft has created an e-bill calculator to let people know how much can be saved by e-billing for themselves and the Earth, reports Budapest Business Journal.

E-billing brings savings, because the bills don't have to be printed and posted, and is also a very fast and environmentally conscious solution, because in case of a purchase, the bill arrives immediately and the process doesn't require printing.

Considerable damage is done to the environment by printing bills. For example, 500 bills a month require the cutting of 29 trees a year, squandering 900 litres of water and creating 936kgs of waste. Carbon dioxide getting into the air measures 7.2 tonnes a year.
