Security and compliance remain high-priority concerns for South African organisations.

The General Data Privacy Regulation (GDPR) 28 May deadline, relentless malware attacks, recently discovered CPU design flaws and ongoing demands to comply with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act are just a few of the pressing issues faced by the country's IT teams.

To help South African IT teams address their mounting security and compliance challenges, the ManageEngine Active Directory & IT Security World Tour is coming to Johannesburg on 27 February, and to Cape Town on 1 March.

Hosted by ITR Technology, the tour offers attendees in each province a free, one-day seminar led by Microsoft MVP and ManageEngine Chief Technology Evangelist Derek Melber, and featuring ManageEngine Pre-sales Consultant Harish Sekar and South African Technical Law Specialist Nerushka Bowan.

Each seminar will cover the following AD solutions and IT security topics:

* Leveraging SIEM Advanced Technologies
* GDPR VS POPI - expert tips on compliance
* Negating the most common internal attacks
