Panasonic has announced it will stop manufacturing and distributing business PABX communications systems by 2023. This is part of an ongoing strategic decision which has been impacted by a market migration to cloud-based solutions and “significantly accelerated by Covid-19”.
Panasonic and United Telecoms
As an authorised Panasonic dealer, United Telecoms will continue to sell Panasonic phone and PBX systems, as both new and refurbished products, until they are discontinued. We are also committed to providing ongoing support and maintenance for any Panasonic telephone systems that you may still have in use at your business.
Once manufacturing ends in 2023, no new Panasonic products will be available to purchase through United Telecoms, and any compatible replacement parts offered by United Telecoms are likely to be refurbished, not new.
