Enghouse Systems (TSX: ENGH) recently announced its first-quarter financial results for the period ended 31 January 2020.
The company continues to experience significant revenues from professional services offerings, especially in the cloud contact centre business. In addition, Enghouse continues to realise cost savings from telecommuting arrangements and cost reductions in its physical footprint.
Also, on 30 December 2020, Enghouse acquired 100% of the shares of Altitude Software Sistemas e Serviços. (Altitude). This acquisition, therefore, expands Enghouse’s presence in Portugal and further expands operations in Spain, Brazil and Mexico, allowing it to capture additional opportunities in these markets.
In conclusion, Enghouse continues its strong and stable market position. With significant cash balances, no debt and significant operating cash flow.
