ITR Technology, the sole distributor of ManageEngine software in southern Africa, has offered training and support for over 17 years, and recently announced the completion of its purpose-built training centre in Centurion, Pretoria.
ManageEngine solutions continue to be rapidly adopted by IT departments of all sizes, from small and medium businesses to blue-chip multinationals and public enterprises. ITR Technology believes in furthering product functionality education, therefore allowing customers and partners to simplify and further increase efficiencies and productivity in their IT environments.
ITR's growing team of support engineers continuously advance their own product expertise to ensure they retain a leading edge on what the product enhancements can offer and are passionate about imparting this knowledge and training to IT professionals to further simplify their IT environments.
"The ever-growing skills gaps within ICT environments stems from the rapid changes and new developments in this space. We see training and development as a necessity and it is a privilege for ITR Technology to contribute to the upskilling of ManageEngine IT professionals," says ITR CEO Philip Slimowitz.
The training centre will facilitate an interactive environment for ManageEngine partners and customers to engage with specific features of the products, with the aim of empowering users within their day-to-day IT roles. Each training session, with a limited amount of people to ensure attentiveness, will be facilitated by an ITR support engineer who has the relevant product experience, coupled with the experience of common pain points faced in local IT environments.
Sessions can be out-the-box training or customised to suit the business's environment. On-site training is also an option for large businesses that require support engineers to train on the client's premises.
