SkyGroup Communications has added Yealink's new range of voice and video solutions, which support Microsoft Teams, to its stable.
SkyGroup is a specialised distributor of video conferencing and cloud-based communication services, working through a network of certified resellers.
Yealink's audio and video devices for Microsoft Teams were released in September last year to bring compatibility between Teams and Yealink. The range includes audio and video shared devices (VC200, CP960 and Skype Room Systems) and will enable SkyGroup reseller partners to add Microsoft Teams to their Yealink toolbox.
Dirk Schreuder, sales and marketing director at SkyGroup Communications, says the new range simplifies device transition when moving from Skype for Business to Teams, while providing new features, such as improved sound and communications solutions and a user interface that contains both the calling and meeting features of Teams.
According to Yealink, its CP960 conference audio devices can now also be upgraded from Skype for Business to Teams, while Skype Room Systems video devices are compatible with both Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams.
The new range includes an Android-based VC200 video solution for desktops and huddle rooms, and the Yealink Skype Room Systems, including the MVC500 for small rooms and huddle rooms, and the MVC800 for mid-sized and large rooms.
Schreuder says SkyGroup also offers its resellers and their customers pre- and post-sales support and training.

The Yealink for Microsoft Teams range will be available in SA imminently.
