Anushka Bogdanov, lead independent non-executive director of EOH and chairperson of the Social and Ethics Committee, has resigned from the board of directors of EOH with effect from 28 July.

The technology services company announced yesterday that a process to appoint a new lead independent non-executive director and chairperson of the Social & Ethics Committee is under way and shareholders will be advised of such appointments in due course.

“The board of directors of EOH would like to thank Ms Bogdanov for her contribution to EOH over the past year and wishes her well in her future endeavours,” says the JSE-listed company.

In February, EOH made some changes to its board of directors, announcing the appointment of independent and lead non-executive directors.

This came shortly after the company welcomed Andrew Mthembu as its chairman, following the death of Dr Xolani Mkhwanazi, who was chairman of the board at the time of his passing.

It then also announced the appointment of Bogdanov, who took over Mthembu’s previous role as the lead independent non-executive director.

Bogdanov joined the EOH board last June as an independent non-executive director.
