JSE AltX-listed SilverBridge, a specialist provider of software solutions to the financial services industry, has welcomed new partner, Net2Africa, a technology and business process automation consultancy.
Technology enabler Net2Africa has a host of services that complement the existing Exergy solution. Moreover, as a business process optimisation and integration consultancy, Net2Africa can assist its clients in unlocking value from their current technological investments.
While most businesses only use approximately 30% of the technology in which they have invested, Net2Africa audits systems and assists companies in unlocking the additional 70% of the solution's capability through process automation, integration and custom development. Where a solution does not meet clients' specified requirements, they will assist clients with research and identification of solutions that fit the business' strategic objectives and company resource culture.
"The Exergy solution is scalable and almost infinitely configurable, depending on our clients' needs," says SilverBridge Partner Program Executive, Gawie Erasmus. "This is what makes our partnership with Net2Africa so attractive, especially from our clients' perspectives - as a technology optimisation consultancy, Net2Africa can assist our clients in getting the most value for their money from all of their technology investments, especially Exergy."
In addition to operating as an activation agent, SilverBridge's partnership with Net2Africa broadens the existing Exergy ecosystem; an Exergy-accredited partner with more trained consultants and integration specialists that are familiar with the product and its implementation allows both SilverBridge and Net2Africa to deliver holistic solutions to their clients.
"We've had a strong working relationship with SilverBridge for the past two years now," says Johan Oosthuysen, CEO and co-founder of Net2Africa. "The formalisation of our relationship will unlock greater value for both SilverBridge and our clients, and we look forward to walking a long and prosperous road with them."
The strategic partnership with Net2Africa also expands SilverBridge's reach into the region, enabling both businesses to better service clients in Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Ghana and Nigeria. Business owners face the same challenges in those markets as their South African counterparts; SilverBridge and Net2Africa's bolstered offering can address those needs with the combined portfolio of services.
